Schools in the USA

Where can I start? This school is failing. Teachers are FALSELY accused of things that they did not do, and IF they are vindicated, they are harassed under the guise of "coaching" until they are so unhappy and disheartened, they resign. My team (I was as nice and helpful and professional towards them at all times, so it was a mystery to me why they not only talked behind my back, but KNEW I needed the job and were cruel and hateful...maybe to inflate themselves.jealousy.hatefulness.who knows?!?? . threw me under the bus for not having lunch with them and the AP actually told me "ff you continue to isolate yourself, you will end up alone." Grades are actually changed from F's to A's, which is illegal and unethical. The administration wants to give parents the false illusion that their children are learning and mastering the necessary standards necessary to go onto high school, but all they want are warm bodies. No students = no money. I strongly feel that I did my best, but after losing 31...yes...THIRTY ONE teachers since August of 2015, surely the school should take a look at what is going on here? CSUSA is not implementing the Common Core State Standards or Florida Standards correctly and not complying with Osceola or Florida policies and procedures.

No one smiles. No one is happy. There is no planning time! People smile to your face, but discuss you negatively behind your back! Even the corporate office in Fort Lauderdale is heartless and corrupt! God forbid you make them look bad!
One example is where a professional educator with a passion for teaching and a well-designed educational plan, such as me, can not succeed in effectively conduct classes due to the educational environment. I and several other teacher have also experienced this type of situation. The students do not follow instructions, do not respect themselves or others, and do not accept authority. The administration does not enforce behavior infractions, does not comply with FDOE or county school standards, and does not record the grades actually earned by the students. Lesson plans and carefully thought out classroom activities can not be fully used, so the students do not learn and the teachers becomes frustrated. The students lie to administration and their parents, perpetuating the myth that the students are perfect. The parents complain if teachers enforce discipline or their child does not learn, administration blames the teachers for classroom management problems, and finally teachers quit and the situation at the school continues to get worse.

Discipline is a joke. The students RULE the school. There cannot be art, PE, music or technology because substitutes walk OUT after LITERALLY one day on the job, so the specials teachers have to substitute! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
